On 5.26.2017, I stopped to fill up my new truck. My truck sensor alerted me that there was water in the gas. I immediately called the Colorado Division of Oil & Public Safety, they determined on the same day, that (3) of Littleton My Mart tanks had water in them. The owner was notified of this and he promised to pay for damages. Now (3) weeks later my truck has $13,500 in damages and the owner is refusing to pay for the damages his fuel tanks caused.
